Boosters Awards

Please indicate which sports your child participated in this school year. (1st through 8th grade only).

First-year students receive a plaque to commemorate their extra-curricular activities while they attend St. Catherine. The plaques have space to affix plates detailing the activities in which the student participated each school year.

Students who have received a plaque in a prior year will receive a new plate for this school year.

Plates and plaques will be distributed at the Booster's annual awards celebration in May.
